- OSU's OneRate price simplifies tuition and fees in one amount per credit hour enhancing access to an affordable graduate degree or certificate. Students must be admitted to an online graduate degree or certificate program to receive the OneRate.

Proctoring Service and Fees for Online Exams: Oklahoma State University uses Meazure Learning/ProctorU for some online exams. The necessity of proctoring is dependent on the specific course and exam. The cost of the service is charged to the student's Bursar account at the end of the month in which the exam is taken. For complete details regarding costs, technical requirements, and instructions for preparing for and taking a proctored exam, please refer to the official OSU proctoring page.
Military Members: Effective fall semester 2022, active duty military or military veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserves are eligible to receive the in-state tuition rate when admitted to one of OSU's approved online undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees or certificate programs. To receive the in-state tuition rate, students should submit a copy of their DD214 or NGB-22 with application materials. Other forms of documentation may be possible.
